At Urban Well, our priority is to provide service to your greatest satisfaction. Our space is designed to create an experience where your body, mind, and spirit are pampered. For efficiency and timeliness, please review our Etiquette & Policies below.

ETIQUETTE

PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY. 

To facilitate a smooth start, we ask that you please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation. This allows ample time for our guest service team to complete your “Well-come In” experience and notify your service provider that you have arrived. We invite you to enjoy a cup of tea or the infused water of the day.

ENJOY THE QUIETUDE.

Upon your arrival, please be mindful that there may be treatments underway and we ask everyone to help facilitate the serene environment of Urban Well. Please ensure your phone is silent.  

PREGNANCY, HEALTH & MEDICAL CONDITIONS. 

We welcome expectant mothers and kindly request that you notify us of your pregnancy or any major health or medical conditions at the time of reservation. Many of our services are appropriate for expectant and nursing mothers as well as those with serious health or medical conditions—but some are not. Talking to us in advance will allow us to recommend the treatments or therapies best suited for you.

POLICIES

NO CHILDREN, ANIMALS, OR EXTRA PEOPLE

The environment at Urban Well has been intentionally designed to feel calming, soothing, and secure. Our space is also designed to accommodate only our scheduled clients. To ensure that you derive the most benefit from your experience, animals, children, and extra people are not permitted. NOTE: If your childcare arrangements unexpectedly change, please call us at your earliest convenience.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

A credit card is required for all reservations. At your request, a credit card may be kept on file to expedite future scheduling. In the event that you no-show or do not provide 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, your card will be charged a late cancellation or no-show fee.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash. Gratuity is left to your discretion and is always appreciated.

MAKING A RESERVATION

Reservations are recommended, and we are happy to accommodate same-day requests when possible. All reservations can be scheduled through our RESERVATIONS page or by calling 979.480.1244

CONFIRMATION, LATE CANCELLATION, AND NO-SHOWS

We kindly request that all appointments be confirmed. If you fail to confirm your appointment 48 hours ahead of your reservation time, the reservation will be canceled, and a fee of 25% of your scheduled service will be charged to your card on file. Accordingly, we expect a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and no-show appointments are subject to a fee not to exceed 25%-50% of the total of your scheduled service.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, please understand your treatment time will be shortened, and, therefore, less effective. We encourage you to arrive early and enjoy our relaxation room and a beverage.

GIFT CARDS

At Urban Well, we love being a part of life’s celebrations, important events, and special moments.

REFUNDS

We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. Please notify Urban Well management within 5 business days of the date and time of your visit if you are not pleased with your service or service(s).
